When I am on a bad roll it seems impossible to stop and reverse. When I am on a good roll it is very easy to stop and reverse. Why is that? I am not beating myself over this because I will get back on track. I am just wondering why its so easy to get off track and so hard to get back on. One day at a time. That is all I can do. I refuse to just give up because I am having such a hard time getting back on track. I can do this. I will do this and I am already planning out my meals today so that I do get back on track. I need to find a high protein lunch and I will be good.

    It's so hard to get back on track because our bodies are used to the easy way out. But all that's worth having take time and work to achieve! You are on the right path just by not giving up!
