Weight in last night at Weight Watchers loss 1.8 lbs this week

Friday, February 01, 2013

Very happy on my weigh in last night, wasn't sure what to expect as stress levels been high for a couple of weeks, but scale still going down. It is a nice feeling. having struggles with hubby, he wants to loose weight as well but not at that point where he is ready to put in the work, he is eating healthier because I am cooking healthier, but not ready to do workouts and usually the 1st one to say he wants pizza unhealthy meals. He bothers him to see me having results where he isn't having the same results but I am also workout 5 days a week. (usually don't workout on weekends when hubby and kids are home, usually on the go all weekend). Hope it "clicks" for him soon. emoticon emoticon

My husband was a sabotager for awhile too and still is on occasion, but it is better now that he sees I feel so much better. You just have to make yourself the priority and as I remind myself, he is a grown man and has to make the jump to healthy himself. I, too, help him along with healthy meals at home. I also keep inviting him to go with me to work out --- I figure one day he will say yes. ( I will selfishly admit, that I do enjoy my time "away" at the gym as I don't have to "take care" of anyone else but me!) He was walking with me and doing great, losing weight and getting lots of good comments, then he he wonders why his clothes are getting tighter!

Good job at WW. I am doing WW too. 1.8 is very good for a week. A downward trend is a downward trend. Do you panic when your weekly points drops? Oh, I do.....gotta work on that. Keep on earning those activity points!! I rarely trade them, but I like to see that number grow!
