End of week 3.

Recap of this weeks work.
- managed to track 5/7 days
- drank my 8 cups 6/7 days
- Stayed for sure withing calorie range 3/7 days
- Walked every day
- Did some pushups on Friday, pushups, squats, crunches, back extension on Sunday and shoveled on Tuesday
- I did put my alarm clock earlier every morning.
And here here's the result :

lowest weight since starting all this : 225.8 lbs
1/1/2013 weight : 263 lbs
week 1 weight : 259.6 lbs
week 2 weight : 258.4 lbs
week 3 weight : 257.4 lbs
Difference since last week : -1 lbs
Weight difference since started : !!!-0.6 lbs !!!!
Weight difference since joined spark : +26.1 lbs
Weight difference since lowest mesured : +31.6
Weight difference since highest mesured : -5.6 lbs
lbs to goal 77.4lbs
NOt only I have another loss, but I am now under my starting weight in 2011!!
I love seeing those figures go down!
This week I felt a lot more focused and driven. I feel good. Life is good. I did have a very bad food day on Monday. Had fries and pogo for lunch and pizza for dinner. It was just a day and I got myself back on track. I am pround I didn't just do as I would have before and just quit for the week thinking this isn't a good week.
I started 2 streaks this week.
walking each day : Now 8 days in a row
doing something else 3 times a week : Now 1 week
I am planning on keeping track of those streaks and try to make the longest possible ones!
goals for this week :
- track more than 3 days
- stay within calorie range more than 2 days
- Keep my streaks alive
- keep being mindfull of the type of food I eat
I am proud of myself, proud of my week.
I am happy about life and will go to the hairdresser as a gift to myself for all that improvement
