February Goals

In closing out the month of January, I must state my progress for the month. January Totals

My total time was 7 visits - 3 hours 40 minutes - 1526 calories - 13.07 miles.

I have no excuse for 7 visits. It should have been more. The sad thing is I know it could have been more. It is what it is. I can't change it now. I can only do better this month and I will.

For any of you that are familiar with or who watched the Muscular Dystrophy Telethon, Jerry Lewis' goal each year was a single dollar more raised than the previous year. That is my goal this month. 1 mile more than last month.

I love setting goals. Sometimes I reach them and sometimes I don't. I know like the times I don't, but such is life. It happens. This particular goal is not going to be difficult to achieve seeing as January was such a sad sad showing.

February is a new month. A new day and a new challenge.
