Check it out.. we've made it through January! yaaaa!!! I got on my treadmill last night.. Oh I didn't record it on my spark.. really?! ugh. Okay.. going to do that right now. Okay that's done.. anyhoo... I did 45 minutes on the treadmill.. Oh, did I run? Well not exactly see it's been over a week since I have been on my treadmill, so my legs are tired from sitting and I felt very de-conditioned, so I did a lot of walking and very little running. All this school for me, online-school for my son and my work as a transcriptionist has kept me in this chair. And each and every day I say I'm going to get up and do some.. and then I don't. Excuses excuses... I read some good spark articles yesterday and the day before and it really does help.

I'm so glad to be sparking.. lets see what I can do today!!!
