Work Week #3, Work Day #4.....

Did pretty good for my food goals today. Exercised as soon as I got home from work tonight. Wonder if mopping at work counts as exercise. I always mop every night and now that it is winter and there is snow on the ground, I have to mop for a total of almost 2 hours everynight. Went over what they put for my calories to burn week goal. I would rather go over that then under it. Wishing and hoping that Sunday comes soon as I would like to know what progressed I made this week.
