Stress weight loss program

I'm not one to stress, I easily blow things off and move on. Therefore I've never really been able to answer the question if I stress eat. Apparently I don't. In 4 days I've lost 5 pounds. I'm assuming that weight will come back when the stress level gets back to normal and I eat. I learned two things through all this. If you aren't eating and finally decide to eat bran isn't the right choice. I also learned that if you have joked for years about starting that drinking problem you've always promised yourself and return home with a bottle of tequila, rum and a four pack of coolers your family will look at you funny and suggest a hot bath with candles. Honestly, there was a sale and I was just restocking the liquor cabinet.
