my excuses for not exercising:
too tired (then I need to exercise - it will energize me!)
don't wanna (get over it)
long day/stressed (exercise will help)
raining (get on the treadmill!)
I already have 10,000 steps - don't need to walk the dogs (be happy to get more - and think of how much the dogs love their walk, do I want to be that mean?)
no time (can't find 10 minutes? really?)

    Winter seems to sap our motivation but I have noticed that as the evenings get a little lighter and I have seen bulbs sprouting through the soil Spring isn't too far away.
    Hope the w/e gives you some incentive, we all need a little encouragement so organise a reward for yourself.
