Mini February Goals and Rewards

Carrots and Sticks, Carrots and Sticks!

Push-ups every day. One for every day in February. Thank the stars that there's only 28!

And that's it. One goal. I'll still be logging and tracking, and boxing and kettlebelling, and all the rest, all while I try to find my commitment and enthusiasm (I could eat the world right now). Push-ups and I haven't exactly been friends so trying to get a bit better at them is a big thing, but doing one a day for every day worked with burpees, so fingers crossed.

Oh, and I'll also be trying to stick to my no scale rule. Fingers and toes crossed that the end of the month weigh will yield a nice surprise. If not, I swear that scale'll be taking a flying lesson


I'm planning a trip to Bath (the city not the er, tub) to buy a few books to reward my consistency.

... Shhhhh, don't tell anyone but I'd secretly like a certain old favourite shirt to button up at the end of the month. *That* would get me energised! I'm not holding out much hope; worst come to worse it'll at least be a bit looser. If if were to fit, well, that would be a reward in and of itself! And I'd dance. Oh man, how I would dance.
