Daily Challenge (Day One)

I am taking part in "The Daily Challenge" by YouMeHealth.com

When possible I plan to blog it here. Today is Day 3 so have a bit of catch up reporting to do :)

List 3 healthy snacks you can reach for in the evening, such as fruit, nuts, or popcorn

I always keep fresh apples, carrots and soy nuts around for snacking on. I have been meaning to try kale chips. A lot of my friends rave about them.
