February Goals

Ok so my poor me party left me with a gain for the month of January. Before I get out of Onederland and Overweight and move into the dreaded 200's and Obese I NEED to turn this around. So here is my plan for Feb:
*Track ALL FOOD 5 Days a week
* Get in 80 oz of water 7 days a week
* Get in 30 min a day of cardio 5 days a week
* Get in ST 5 days a week of say start with 10 min
* Blog at least once a week with progress
If I do these things I KNOW I will see results. So that is my plan. I can NOT let this job loss bring me down forever!! Tomorrow is emoticon and I am going to make the most of it. I know with all of you supporting me I will get this done!! emoticon emoticon
