Well, that didn't go exactly as I thought it would. I, of course, kicked butt at the push-ups, crunches, reach-test, etc. What I didn't kick butt at was the body fat percentage thing with those evil calipers! First time I've ever had anything like this done. Oh my gaga. I knew it would be bad because they took measurements from 4 points-all my super-fat spots. Back of arms, next to my belly button, right above my hip and the front of my much flab to pinch.

Let me just tell was bad. The number. My actual percentage of body fat is well into the obese range. Really, a lot worse than I thought it would be. :(
