It's not even 9pm and I'm so sleepy! I guess I'll finish up and get to bed. The next 4 days are going to be a big challenge for me. Not so much physically, but getting food in. I didn't realize how "hard" I booked myself. I didn't leave much time for refueling...not smart!

Today was an okay day. Nothing to write home about or anything...It's all good!

Game Plan:
6-8 mile run on the treadmill
get cleaned up/eat
11:30 client
12:30 client
1:30 client
2:30 client
5 couple
Dance from 7-9

1. Good interval run today
2. Did ok on food
3. Ready for bed!!
