Week 5 - Non stop

Well this past week was a blur.. since last weigh in I saw my daughter sing the national anthem at the Houston Rockets game. I saw her also celebrate her 17th birthday. Two days later I was back on a plane to Hawaii where I would meet two of my best friends. After a 14 hour travel day on Saturday we attended the Pro Bowl Sunday. It was an awesome game and since they are saying this may be the last one ever I am so thankful to have been able to go. I was back to work Monday morning and have been trying to keep my guests entertained while working as well.

So it has been a pretty non stop week. I was worried because I have not had a gym workout in over a week but I have been walking a lot I think since Sunday I have clocked around 10 miles on foot. After having a 3 pound loss last week I was expecting maybe even a slight gain with how busy I have been. So i was quite surprised and happy with a one pound loss. I am down 7 pounds for the month so that is pretty dang good I think. So enough of the ramblings here is the number recap.

Also thanks for all the support on these blogs it really helps. I have been super busy and haven't been able to thank everyone personally for their support from last week. I wholeheartedly appreciate it and really helps me stay on task! You guys are awesome!!!
