A January review

Time goes so fast. February is just a day away.
The new year hasn't been the kindest to my psyche or body. The weather has been totally unstable and temps that went from 19 up to 64 wreck havoc on my injuries. I have been in constant high levels of pain.
Today I woke up at 7:30 am but didn't get out of bed until 12pm as everything hurt. I am hoping that it is because I worked out hard the past 2 days.

Pain aside, here is a review of my January.
In December I allowed during the holidays some non-paleo foods in my diet.
Mind you I didn't eat a lot, but didn't want to feel "Deprived" or make anyone feel
bad. I did not expect that a minimal amount of those foods would cause such a bad reaction :( Weight went up, bloating came back. Was it worth it... NO. LEsson learned and moving on.
The interesting thing is that the few days of "allowing foods" has taken a whole month for the body to adjust and let go... The weight finally started moving down end of last week. I have a few more to go to reach my lowest weight that I have on here, but I will get there.
Exercising was hit or miss, due to the pain. Yes- I used it as an excuse :(

Projection for February. Allowing health back into my body by eating only products I know make it feel better. And movement.
