Even though I battle each and every weekend that goes by I still seem to lose weight during the week. I am happy to say that I not only lost the 5lbs that I gained this weekend, I have lost and additional pound. Structure and determination really do pay off in the end. It is only weds. and I still have the rest of this week to go. I will only get 3 days of gym time this week because I am going on a much needed long girls weekend with my best friend, but I am determined to eat healthy while I am away...weekend and all! I am down 9lbs and so close to my first 10lb goal that I am not going to throw that away!
