I'm working 3 till 7 tonight so that I can go to a meeting. It's difficult with our team because we all work different times.
I'm off work tomorrow as I'm having a 'Pins & Needles' day. Acupuncture in the morning (pins) & injections in my shoulders in the afternoon (needles).
