Breathe in. Breathe out. Repeat. Often. Consistantly. Don't stop. See there? You can do a daily streak! You are already doing it, every time you stop to take a breath and suck down some air.
And sure, 20 minutes playing with your dog, IN THE SNOW!! counts as exercise, quality calorie killers!! If nothing else, you get a double bonus because the extra calories burning just to keep yourself warm while shivering is on top of the exercise spent chasing your dog (or chasing the ball or whatever dog was supposed to be fetching.).
I played in the snow with the dog today for about twenty minutes.. That counts for something, right?

I think tomorrow I'll go out and buy a binder to keep all the workout ideas, etc.. I have printed off. I'll even walk to the back of the store to check out the sale items.. you know.. to burn some extra calories. 1938 days ago
