What gets ya in the mood??

Everyone has certain music or a specific song they listen to when working out. It helps to make the workout more enjoyable and time to pass more quickly.

I have my alarm set to go off playing Mandisa featuring Toby Mac - Good Morning!! What an AWESOME get up and get movin' song!!!!

Others on my playlist.....and alot depends on my mood at the time/day :
Own It - Black Eyed Peas
Heart Attack - Trey Songz
Stonger - Kalenna
Bulletproof - David Guetta
Guns n roses - doesn't matter what song!!
It's My Life - Bon Jovi

What gets you in the mood and makes wanna get up and dance and jump around????

And here is a GREAT exercise routine that only takes about 10 minutes!!!! Don't stop once you start...finish it through!!!! It's worth it!!!!

100 jumping jacks
90 butt kickers
80 high knees
70 front kicks
60 mountain cimbers
50 toy soldiers
40 shoulder side to sides
30 inner heels
20 basketball jump shots
10 kick drops

I feel energized just typing it all out!!!! Let's do this!!!!!!
