Today was a bit hectic......

I woke up around 9 after going to bed after midnight. For breakfast, I ate a scrambled egg omlette with two eggs, two egg whites and peppers and vegetables; with 3 slices of bacon. Oh so good with herbs and garlic. You can never go wrong with garlic. (Maybe that is why I am single, because I have garlic breath... lol)

I was training a new girl at work today and so my day was all off because it was taking longer to train. And of course it was busy today too. I had a few minutes to get down some vegetables and a coconut milk/protein shake.

After an hour of Zumba, I had spicy shrimp cooked in coconut oil with mashed cauliflower for dinner around 8:15.

Then I had a long and arduous conversation with my ex boyfriend about my stuff at his place. Oh the joys of that conversation. If this is what divorce feels like, I am not sure I even wan to think about marriage. :-(

So after the conversation, I was a bit hungry again so I sliced an apple up and had some almond butter with it. Almond butter is soooooooooo good! It's sweet and salty with a great texture.

So my totals today are 1153 calories, 61g of carbs, 66g of fat and 86 g of protein. A smaller amount of protein because I didn't have a double amount during lunch. But I felt good all day and I am still loving these foods!

Day 4 should be easy enough!
