Work Week #3, Day #2.....

Did good for my food goals. Only went over 1 of them and went under 1 of them. Worked out a little bit harder tonight to make up for last night. Also planning on making it up on Saturday. Still in some pain, not as much as last night which is good. I wish it was already Sunday so that I could weigh myself. I like to see the numbers keep dropping lower and lower. Maybe this weigh in it will be alot better then the 1st time. I would prefer it to be either better or the same as this last time that I weighed in. I would like to be not so heavy by the time that Valentine's Day comes which is in about 2 and 1/2 weeks. Let's see if I can get there by then. More later on.
