Another sneezing day

My motivation is down today, and my sneezing is up. I wanted to eat the wrong stuff today. I stopped myself this evening with my little trick of water. I told myself that after I drank two 16.9 oz of water I could eat something. I no longer want it.
I am full. Whew. I dodged the bullet tonight!
