Oh Boy, This isn't Going to be Easy!

Tuesday, January 29, 2013

Well, I got off to a good start...2 weeks of not overeating and a weight loss of 5 pounds, then for no reason at all I have overeaten the last 2 days. Wish I knew why I sabotage myself. I think I am good today and have 4 days until I weigh in again so am hoping that I can be down at least another pound by then.

I need to spend a little more time reading and exploring this site each day as it does help me stay on track. I also need to start exercising much as I hate it.....

I will forget the last two days and move forward. No more giving up all together just because I have a couple of bad days!!!

I like to exercise to walking away the pounds videos... you may like them too. Don't beat yourself up about over eating at one (or two) meals.... every day is a fresh start.

emoticon It is one step, one minute, one meal at a time! Don't give up! If you slip up at lunch...get right back on the bus for dinner!

Keep in mind that a healthy lifestyle is like running a marathon, not a sprint. It is not all going to come off in one day. If you have a bad day, be sure to keep a positive attitude and start again the next day, one day at a time. The fact that you're aware of your own "sabatoge" will help you to overcome this. Wishing you the best in your weight loss endeavor.

You can do it! No matter how many times we overeat, we need to just get up, dust ourselves off, and keep on trying. I have the same struggles and can totally relate. Good luck to you emoticon

Bad habits are hard to stop. You caught yourself and are now moving on. That's good.
Oh how I get it - hating exercise. I do to. Today I finally did it - not a lot but something.
Keep trying that's all we can do.
    Good luck.
