The Beat Goes On!

Just checking in....
I have had the Norovirus since Saturday evening. Yesterday, I started to feel better and ate some dinner. Not good! I fed the little germies that were still inside my intestines and I have it all over again. I feel awful. It has really cramped my style and I am not able to do as much preparation for our move. We had to postpone listing the house until I get better. I am not worried about that, as I truly believe that things happen for a reason.

Since I have had a lot of time to sit and think, I have been thinking about my fitness routine in Spain. We sold our bow flex and treadmill....just too much to take over there. But our Spain home is out in the mountains and there is plenty of opportunity to walk and hike. Also, I learned that there is a yoga class nearby. We also have a pool. Do any of you have ideas for exercising in the pool besides swimming lengths. I am very interested in any of your suggestions.

    So sorry to hear you have this virus. It's a good idea to rest up well and getting some energy back before putting your house on the market. I was also going to suggest a water aerobics class or video. Other than that, 'running' in the water might be good exercise.

    Hope you feel better soon emoticon I have no idea about exercising in the pool except for swimming but I do know that you can buy styrofoam weights to use in the pool. I am sure you can look up some exercises online for ideas too.

    emoticon Does SP have any Videos or Articles about Water Aerobics? Or there may be some posted on YouTube?
    Lis193's idea about taking Classes to get ideas is a Good One, as long as you have the time before you have to leave.

    What a time to get sick... Feel better soon, so you can get organised for your new adventure.
    Water aerobics is what comes to mind for the pool. Maybe you can get to a class before you leave and get ideas what to do on your own.
