January is coming to an end in a few days! I wanted to take a minute to look back on what really happened in January!

Thinking about January, I would have to say it wasn't as successful as I had planned for it to be. I had a lot of off days the last week or so. I started eating out with coworkers and not worrying about exercise! This is a part that I need to work on in the coming months. How to have fun and still manage to watch what I do.

On a good note, I did manage to get below 300! I lost 10 pounds this month! It has been a struggle to lose and keep the pounds from fluctuating! But I will get back on track and improve in the coming months!

For the coming months, these will be my focus:

*Stop eating at restaurants(rarely)
*Do not binge on junk food just because it sounds good! I can have a bit, but not overboard!
*Exercise no matter what! Stop turning to other things to help me cope with stress and other things! Exercise will help with everything!
