Home gym stuff & weekly prep...Lots of pics

A few weeks ago I rearranged my home gym equipment so it is a bit more organized and easier to get to/use.

Meadow had to check it out :)

Exercise ball, 3-10 lb weights, exercise bands, medicine ball & jumprope this thing!!

My stepper - from The Firm. I use this for other exercises...not step aerobics lol. It can be flat about 7-8 inches...

Extended to 14-15 inches high...

And on an incline...

Hubby and I were out shopping one night and after hearing great things about foam rollers, I picked one up :)

It's has a softer foam roller (blue), stiffer roller with ridges (yellow), and hard individual rollers (black).

This past Sunday I decided to tackle back-to-back, hour long, kickboxing classes...YIKES! I felt great after...a little dead...but great LOL!! And I also decided to sign up for a membership to the kickboxing gym. Right now I'll be doing classes on Sundays and some Friday nights while I still have the membership to my original gym...I figure I'll get the most out of the original gym until May then I will start doing more workouts at home mixed with the kickboxing classes.

After kickboxing I did some weekly prep... Seasoned and baked spaghetti squash

Washed & sliced blueberries and strawberries

Vanilla Crème...mixed some vanilla & cinnamon into plain greek yogurt

Baked some bacon...

And mustard glazed chicken thighs

Not sure why some of those pics are sideways...will have to look into it...hmmmm
