Quick and healthy breakfast

1 Apple, in slices
8 tsp Seeds (Pumpkin, Sunflower)
1 tbsp Oil (Walnut)
1 cup fresh vegtables

Put apple slices on a plate and cook in the microwave for 2 min. When finished put Seeds an Oil over the apple. Eat with a side of fresh vegtables.
