Letter to Myself

Dear Post BLC 21 Anastasia,
Right now I am almost two weeks into this round of the BLC. You may remember that your first week was great. You were motivated. You exercised. You tracked everything, even if you didn't count the calories some days. You drank water. And it paid off.
The second week - not going so great. I sneaked a peek at the scale this morning and was surprised to see that I stayed basically the same despite a poor weekend. Yet that wasn't enough to keep me from making poor dinner choices.
But I know I can do this. And ten weeks from now, when you're reading this, I know I made my goal. I don't know how I did it, but somehow I become you. And you are wonderful.
So remember this. You did great this round, making it under 200 pounds. But you have a long way to go. Every time you get discouraged, remember how this feels and don't give up!
