Work Week #3, Day #1......

Well I didn't get any exercise in tonight as I fell last night and I am still in pain tonight. Planning on making it up tomorrow night. Supper was Burger King tonight. I ordered a side salad along with a chicken sandwich and small fries. Ate the salad and fries first and I was feeling full almost as soon as I had the salad finished. Should have just stopped with the salad and saved the sandwich for tomorrow. Went over a couple of my food goals tonight so I know that I will definitely be doing double duty tomorrow night when I work out. That is okay for me though. I would rather work out when I am not in so much pain. It was hard for me to get in and out of the car tonight. I really need to start making my own food instead of eating what my boyfriend's mom makes or gets for supper. I have no will power over that stuff.

I seem to do better with my food goals if I make my supper myself. So I think that I am going to start doing that tomorrow. Also I need to stop snacking right before I go to bed, but the bad thing about that is that I don't go to bed until 4 or 5 in the morning. Oh well, I guess that I am going to be making a lot of changes throughout my weight loss journey.
