WUB: 4, 3, 2, 1!

I started the year with great expectations and 4 goals for the first week. Well, here it is the last week and my goals have dwindled to only one. I'VE GOT TO GET MORE SLEEP!
In order to get anything accomplished, I need to be on my feet by 10 am. That means I should be "lights out" by 3 am. That's 7 hours and it would be quite enough. So that's my only goal for the entire month of February--to regulate this sleep thing so I can check other things off of my To Do scroll.
