I had a good breakfast today and lunch was alright, but after that my nutrition went down hill. Definitely need to pay better attention to tomorrows meals, already thinking about what I'll have for snacks on Tuesday.
Started a sewing project this afternoon, I began a quick and simple bib. Our church is collecting baby items and bibs are on the list of needs. I'm gonna try to make at least 6 of them.
Watched the Biggest Loser tonight, it was good. I'm gonna have to step up my workout intensity for sure.
I still take the Green Coffee Beans and I'm down another pound.
