I try to bring to work at the beginning of the week enough fruit and veggie and nut snacks to last me the week. That way I'm not stuck with what I planned for Monday if I'm just not in the mood. And if I see I've gone through all my citrus I can always replace later.
Being home makes it easier sometimes (and much harder other times). If I have three different delicious healthy leftovers to choose from, plus some staples (hard boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal) it's much easier to pick healthy for lunch. 2243 days ago
Is it rebelling to the extent of over eating? Or, adjusting the plan as the day goes on and still within program food choices and calorie component guidelines? I do the second. Its still using the SP meal options as a guide and seems to work for me. If its rebelling such that you are hurting yourself and sabotaging your program, then maybe you can research that in SP and get ideas to help solve the trend. Its a LONG journey we travel and learn a lot about ourselves along the way. This may be your time to get true answers for you that will change things in your future. Best of luck! 2244 days ago
