Workout blues

Today was so rough!
I met with my workout group and didn't make it through the warm up without getting dizzy and nauseous. I need to eat before the workout, but eating that early sounds almost impossible!
I'm going to stick a banana and some oatmeal in my mouth before working out tomorrow.
But for now, it is time for bed!

    Moderate carbs - no white rice or bread. My banana and oatmeal got me through an hour of group fitness this morning! Apparently I'll need to wake up at 5am to eat with enough time before my workout!!

    Dizzy and nauseous on low carb often means you're low on salt. Your kidneys flush salt out when you lose that initial carby water retention weight. Do you think you could down some warm broth or chicken soup early in the morning?

    If you are going to keep the dizzies away it sounds like you've got the right plan... Be sure you do your water also!!
