The Challenge:

1.While on the phone: walk in place
2.In the kitchen: 25 counter push ups
3. While waiting for that dish warming in the microwave:
do jumping jacks-- aim for 100 jumps
4. Watching a favorite television program: jog in place or toe touches- during commercials.

Reminder: the extra time/energy/effort needed to burn off the
sabotaging foods that just makes it even harder on reaching goals.
I will remember numbers and take every opportunity to get a punch in because
this Battle-- I Must WIN!!!!
