week 3 challenge

hi guys!! I started this week out STRONG!! I ran 5.12 miles and did JM kickboxing dvd and i feel on top of the world!!! tomorrow i took off and its supposed to be 70 degrees out so you know what im doing, yep another run at the park!! I shooting for 6 at the most and 3 at the least just depends on what my body says...lol any who SO FAR SO GOOD!!!
