Exercise 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes. (Monday AM, Wednesday PM, Thursday PM and Friday PM)

emoticon I am consistently walking/jogging and moving my body! I have logged 23 miles so far!

Eat five freggies a day.

I'd say I've had more days on meeting than not meeting this goal but I still have room for improvement.

Drink my water. emoticon

Blog regularly. I can do more!

Work on my self care skills daily. emoticon

Sleep. This has been a challenging one but I'm not giving up on it.

Read two books a month.

I have signed up for a winter challenge to lose 5% of my weight which would be eleven pounds and put me at 214. It would be awesome to move that much closer to my goal and I'm sure that eleven pounds would improve my jogging speed a little bit as well.
