I got on the scale this morning....178.4!!!! 54 pounds gone! 23% of my body weight!

I am now officially in 170-ville emoticon

I started Week 5 of the SHRED diet this morning. I am even more determined to see this to the end since it has helped me break out of 180-ville.

This week is the Cleanse week so I have to drink hibiscus tea, pure cranberry juice & add flax to my morning lemon water emoticon

I forgot about the flax this morning but I did drink the tea- pretty good.

Also put my scale back in the closet until next week
