Feeling pretty confident on my food choices today. I'm pretty much on the money today as my nutritional needs. Still trying to boost my protein and keep my fat levels down. Dinner will be my test today since I prepare not only for myself. Its really hard when your other half eats mainly bad food and hates salad!

Need to find motivation to exercise. I know my nutrition isn't enough. I'm just so lazy! Im off from work tomorrow so let's see how it goes! emoticon
