4 Little Goals

I'm waiting for the snowplow to come and clear my driveway so I can get out and run some errands. I don't have anywhere I need to be today so this is kind of fun, a mini-snow day!

I was thinking about my 4 little goals this morning; 4 things I promised myself I would do every day:
- enough Spark points for a bonus spin
- 1 core exercise
- 20 minute walk
- eat one meal without outside distractions, i.e., TV, computer etc.

These 4 goals are so simple to attain and, while I don't always accomplish all 4 of them every day, when I do get them all in they keep me focused on making good choices all day.

For now, I wanted to share the core exercises I use most frequently. I'm not a big fan of the "laying on the floor" type exercises so I do a lot of exercising on the stability ball but I began searching for exercises that could be done standing up.
