well....back on track?

Well, i have been gone for a few days. I was dealing with my kids behavior at school. He is 9 an autistic, and this week he was bad all week, he never gets a bad note but this wk he got i needed to talk to him and spend some time. He got grounded off the ps3, he was not happy. So anyways, i didnt do my exercisers, and didnt keep track of my food. I wasnt bad, and my sugars stay good. So back on track today. Im tired of the food im eating, same thing everyday day. Tired of water,baked chicken,baked pork chops...i think i need a shake up of sorts. So i will do insanity on mon-wed-fri-sat and sun at home alone at 10 am. I saw a guy who weighed 433 and now weighs 199 and it took him 2 yrs but he looks amazing!! Its what i needed to see gave me a boost of inspiration. I think im going to make a collage of motivationsl pictures.

    I found some great recipes on Spark. I've tried several of the slow cooker ones. They get the whole family eating healthy....and easy on me too....:)
