Muscle Work

Today is my second day of strength training. I set up my body page on body yesterday which was really time consuming but I think it will be worth it. I did all the one rep max tests and was surprised how good I did. My highest was the dead lift at 71 lbs. I woke this morning feeling great and did some more weight work. I love the feeling of sore muscles. I signed up for strength training work outs which begin tomorrow... I also went and bought more weights today that I can see I need already. Cardio, hate it, not interested and hope I can make my goals without it. Maybe when I get lighter I will feel like but not now.
