Spark Menu: Day 3

I switched the lunch and supper meals. It's hard for me to imagine having a cold Sunday lunch after church! So, this evening we had a meal I approached with some trepidation. I thought it was one of those weird Spark Menu meals. Romaine lettuce, with walnuts and lots of strawberries. The dressing was 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a teaspoon of olive oil. I couldn't imagine putting vinegar on strawberries. It was DELICIOUS. I tore through mine in no time flat. The entire meal was delicious and filling, yet I don't feel overfull either.
My mouth is starting to get sore from eating all the fresh produce.
We enjoyed our lunch of tenderloin and baked sweet potatoes.
I think I might be able to get used to eating like this.
