Life after weight loss

Sunday, January 27, 2013

I was asked to write about how my life would change after I reach my fitness goal as part of my team challenge, but to tell you the truth, I am having a difficult time visualizing what life will be like.
My friends and family for the most past sees nothing wrong with the way I look to begin with, so I am not expecting them to roll out the red carpet after I lose these next 15 pounds.
For me, however, I know I will feel accomplished. I have been in a battle with my weight for so long, and although I know this won't be the end of the war, at least I know I was able to defeat it.
I will also feel better about my health, since I am currently overweight. Losing these last few pounds will get me at a normal BMI.
I will be sure to blog about how I actually feel when I have lost the weight. Hopefully I can give such an update in the next three months.

In support of your family, sometimes it's their way of supporting and loving you just the way are so don't hold that against them. They will love the "new you" as well. You'll gain more confidence and more attraction, not that you don't already, it's more noticable. Do you, girlfriend and work it out. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

As long as you know you accomplished something. Good luck! emoticon
