Well I went to go weigh myself today and I got a nice surprise. I lost 3 and 1/2 pounds last week.
I knew I could tell a difference last week. I think that this week I am going to bump up my cardio workouts to 6 days now. Plus I am not going to start drinking soda as much as I was before I started SparkPeople. I know that that is one of the reasons why I am losing weight. I am still only drinking 1 - 2 cans a day and that is it. Made something to eat and I didn't even finish it all and I still feel like i am full. If I can keep that up, I know that I will see more weight loss next week. More to come tonight.
