Giving Myself a High Five!

No I have not technically done any exercise as of yet. I hang my head for that. Right now I just want to get my diet under control before I delve into the realm of physically beating myself up.

You ask then, what am I high fiving? I am a soda whore! Soda to me is like water is to a fish. My high five is that I have not had a soda since last Wednesday (when I stopped at McDonalds on my way to work) and that I do not MISS IT!!! I do not miss soda. There I said it.

I have been a 6 pack a day kind of girl for the past 20 years. Kinda gross huh? I think so. But nope, don't miss it. Haven't had any headaches, no mood swings, no cravings, nothing. I kinda like it. It's kind of freeing. Of course I drink more water, milk and juice than I used to (like that is a bad thing) .... and now I completely lost my train of thought.
