Gratitude has become an important part of my life over the past several years for many reasons. I find that I'm much happier and better able to face daily challenges when I am truly grateful for all that I have been blessed with. I've set a goal for myself to write a weekly gratitude list as part of my journey to a happier, healthier me.
Today I'm grateful for:
My beautiful, healthy grandson
My warm and comfortable home on a cold winter day
The love and support of family and friends

    I'm grateful that I had such great parents.
    I'm grateful for my siblings and for different they all are and have learned different things from them.
    I'm very grateful for my friends, who have been amazing support and encouragement for me.
    I'm grateful for my cats, special comforters.
    Music, fruit, vegetables, cheese, and all the farmers, animals, sun, soil and rain that made that possible.
