WUB Week 1

Um so i'm not sure exactly how these work but I think it's too set a goal for the upcoming week. My goals for the upcoming week are to stay on my meal plan and eliminate sugar and bread. I had a little bit of a rough time this prior week because i was sick and miserable. my other goal is to get my 5 days of cardio in and tell myself something positive about myself every single day! :)

    Sounds great!! I'm never quite sure what to put in a WUB either, so I usually do basically what you did: say a little about the week and set a goal or two for the next week. emoticon emoticon
