Breakfast: 1 large ginger lemon green tea muffin + 1 piece PB wheat toast
Lunch: veggie hummus wrap + 1 orange
Snack: pumpkin seeds + raisins
Dinner: 1 slice of vegan pizza + spinach salad (oil and vinegar dressing) + spiked cocoa

Morning workout: Taebo Cardio
Evening workout: Ageless with Kathy Smith - Yogilaties workout
