Goal Achieved (and then some)

I weighed myself this morning and I'm officially down 11 pounds for the month (with 4 more days to go!). I had a 10 lb goal for this month! Weight is falling off right now. I know it won't be like this forever, but I'm going to ENJOY it while it's happening! Adding more protein has really made a huge difference!
I am staying within my calorie ranges (cycling calories as well). I have added 2 protein shakes a day. I'm working out daily. Attempting 10,000 steps a day (although it usually ends up between 6-8,000). No unhealthy starvation tricks. Just Spark People's program and a lot of support from my spark friends and family!
