Re-focus and Re-commitment

One of my previous blogs was admitting that I was struggling. And yes, I still am, however, I took the time this weekend to review my January both from a fitness level as well as a nutrition level. At this point, I would not call it a complete failure, but I also wouldn't mark it down as a stunning success story (at least in my book).

I have several things I want to accomplish daily. I have long-term and short-team goals too. But for some reason, my worlds are colliding and not co-existing. Work is in the way of play, which is in the way of fitness, which is in way of nutritional balance.

Basically, my life is out balance and needs alignment.

How do I get myself back into the groove?
Simple, recommit and do it:

1. Plan my meals, track them and stick to them
2. Return to my 5am morning workouts (flawless execution here!)
3. Get 10,000 steps per day
4. Start and succeed at the 1-mile runners streak
5. Keep a work life balance
6. End of day - positive reflections

Planning to succeed.
